Panurgy’s Total Telephony Support (PTTS) also includes configuration, identification of   equipment /software problems and setup. Our technical engineers can log into the client's systems via remote access for diagnosis of problems and when possible,  remediation is immediate. When necessary, an experienced and certified engineer will be dispatched to provide support and service on-site.

Panurgy client support engineers initiate repair tickets for each reported incident.  Through our real-time NOC portal, each service ticket can be viewed for status information and details of resolution.  When necessary, Panurgy will act as your 3rd party liaison in reporting and following up on vendor issues.  Panurgy prides itself on providing quality technical support in accordance with generally recognized business practices and standards.

Remote Management of your IP Telephony Solution

Panurgy remotely performs administration support and management of your voice and data systems. Our Network Operation Center provides customers with 24 hours, seven days a week support of their voice and data systems, keeping your business and systems up and running. Our service can keep voice-mail accounts updated, changed and deleted and also add, reassign or move extensions.
