Jeff's tenure as VP of Network Solutions at IT Partners marked a period of significant innovation, particularly his role in assisting Computer Associates with redesigning its Unicenter TNG for managed services. His creativity was recognized when he was named Innovator of the Year at CA World in 2001 for his pioneering work in creating a Private-Label Managed Services Reseller Program.
